Poris and Associates offers a variety of services designed to improve your bottom line.

While much of our experience has been gained in the automotive industry, our expertise and services are fully applicable in the non-automotive world.   Experience has proven that other industries can benefit from the application of disciplines commonly in use in the automotive world.  Since founding Poris and Associates, we have completed or are working on projects in Aerospace, Chemicals, Composites, Electronics, Forging, Plastics, Electrical Power Generation, and others. 


We utilize our expertise and experience to help you improve your bottom line by improving the quality of your Engineering, Manufacturing, Program or Project Management, and Logistics processes.


A typical project would include an initial assessment of "current state", followed by detailed recommendations for improvement.  Our aim is normally to assist you in implementation of our recommendations, although occasionally, we do simply provide a "Fresh Eyes" review and our recommendations, leaving you to decide which recommendations to implement.
